The Austin

Opelika/Auburn, AL– Completed 2024

The Austin is a Class A luxury multifamily community located in the Opelika/Auburn, Alabama market.  This is one of the fastest growing small markets in the South, bolstered by the presence of Auburn University (a top-ranked STEM institution), a tremendous manufacturing and engineering employment sector and one of the highest rated school districts in the state.  This 200-unit property features a best-in-class amenity package, with a stunning clubhouse, stand-alone fitness center, swimming pool and grill pavilion, coffee/entertainment lounge and flex meeting rooms. 

The Maxwell

Rome, GA –Completed 2024

The Maxwell is a Class A luxury multifamily community located in Rome, Georgia, a thriving market that is ideally situated between Atlanta and Chattanooga.  Rome hosts the headquarters of 3 major hospital systems centers, plus a substantial diversified manufacturing hub.  This 200-unit property features a best-in-class amenity package, with a stunning clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and grill pavilion, coffee/entertainment lounge and flex meeting rooms.

The Gateway at the Green is a workforce housing community located in the thriving Haywood/Verdae area of Greenville.  This community gives resident families unique access to a variety of large employers, comprehensive healthcare centers and major retailers.  This 72-unit property features an attractive amenity package and premium interior finishes. 

Gateway at Rossville

Chattanooga TN Metro – Completed 2023

The Gateway at Rossville is a workforce housing community located in one of the fastest growing counties in Georgia, about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.  Given stringent zoning regulations, this 156-unit property is one of only a handful of full-service multifamily communities to have been developed in this region in Georgia.  This 168-unit property features a full amenity package with a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, computer lab, playground and walking trails, while the unit interiors offer premium finishes and spacious designs.

Warner Robins, GA – Completed 2023

The Augustine (senior independent living) and Crosswinds (for workforce families) are two neighboring, sister properties, located in the heart of Warner Robins.  Warner Robins has experienced significant growth, as its economy has diversified as a manufacturing and distribution hub.  Accordingly, residents enjoy proximity to major retailers, large employment centers and key services.  The combined presence of these communities enhances operational scale, but each property provides separate amenity packages and lifestyles for its residents, respectively.

Denham Springs, LA – Acquired/Rehabbed 2024

The Mandell is a workforce housing community located in the thriving Denham Springs submarket of Baton Rouge.  The property is located approximately 30 minutes from Louisiana State University and resident families enjoy proximity to a diverse set of employers, healthcare and retail services. Walden Crest is a workforce housing community located in the historic town of Hohenwald, Tennessee.  Hohenwald boasts strong schools, numerous employment opportunities and an attractive quality of living, but has suffered from a lack of attainable housing.  This 56-unit property helps to address this shortage and features a full amenity package and premium interior finishes.
