Current Responsibilities

Ms. Hutchinson is the Closing Administrative Assistant for the Corporate Office in Florence, Alabama. She assists the President of the Development office with all loan closings for the projects. Ms. Hutchinson’s other duties include working with the investor’s, bankers, and attorneys on all due diligence documents. She makes sure all documents are sent to Investor for each Capital Contribution funding.


Relevant Experience

Ms. Hutchinson began her employment with The Gateway Companies on September 2006. Prior to her employment with The Gateway Companies, Ms. Hutchinson worked for 2 years in collections at a Timeshare on Hilton Head Island, SC. and for 13 years she worked for The Volusia County School Board in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.



Ms. Hutchinson graduated from Danville High School in 1979. Ms. Hutchinson is a certified tax credit compliance professional (C11P) for Low Income Housing Tax Credits.



Ms. Hutchinson’s hobbies include sewing, quilting, embroidery, reading and spending time with her family.
