About Us

Gateway Development Corporation was founded in the late 1980’s, with a mission to provide a Gateway to quality, affordable housing for workforce clientele. As Gateway grew, it expanded its activities to cover the full spectrum of multifamily housing development and operational services. Today, The Gateway Companies, through its family of businesses, operate as an owner, developer, construction manager, property manager and asset manager for affordable, conventional and elderly multifamily housing communities throughout the Southeastern United States.
