Gateway Construction Corporation, an Alabama corporation, was formed in 1986 for the purpose of developing and constructing multi family apartment properties throughout the Southeastern United States. The Principal of Gateway Construction Corporation, Allan Rappuhn, has been involved in the apartment development/construction field since 1981 and has been responsible for the development and construction of over 3,100 apartment units in over 65 locations in five states.
Sound financial analysis is the cornerstone to all Gateway Construction Corporation's developments. Gateway Construction Corporation's new developments are structured to incorporate the use of all available sources of lending in order to secure the financial viability of the investments. Our background includes properties financed by state, federal and conventional lenders and since it's inception, Gateway Construction Corporation has always enjoyed good relationships with lenders and syndicators all over the Southeastern United States.
Through our acquisitions department, Gateway Construction Corporation has demonstrated an exceptional ability to provide workable solutions to problem properties. Utilizing our in house expertise on project conceptualization, market feasibility determination, design, financing, and construction, we are able to provide technical assistance to a variety of issues that are important to the development process.
We realize that each development requires a special approach.
