The Gateway Companies
The Gateway Companies are a branch of several companies that are a total property and housing solution. The Gateway Companies are comprised of Gateway Construction and Gateway Management.
The Gateway Companies are a full service property management company originally formed in 1986 for the primary purpose of providing direct property management and asset management for the existing properties owned by the principal in the Company. Gateway currently manages apartment properties consisting of over 856 units throughout the Southeastern United States. Mr. Allan Rappuhn is the President and sole stockholder of Gateway.
